World Class Gym is one of the top pro/am, mixed martial arts gyms in the greater Pittsburgh area, and (to our knowledge) the only source of legitimate MMA instruction in Beaver County at this time. W.C.G. has 1 of the largest matted training floors around, featuring over 3000 sq. feet of Zebra Grappling Mat (the industry standard). World Class.
Also has a PA. regulation size Boxing Ring, and a regulation size, UFC Style, Octagon Floor Cage (1 of only 2 in the entire Pittsburgh and surrounding areas).

 

To develop endurance and cardio vascular fitness in our fighters and students W.C.G. employs commercial grade Stair-Stepping Machines and Treadmills, as well as banana/heavy bags, thai pads, focus mitts, and kicking shields for the best in stand-up pad work. A variety of "user friendly" conditioning equipment such as TRX suspension systems, lifeline cables, power wheels, bosu units, body blades and kettle bells are also provided for students who choose to supplement their workouts with strength and resistance training.

Although W.C.G. is a state of the art facility, it definitely has an "old school gym feel". It's this "not afraid to sweat" atmosphere that makes W.C.G. the perfect place for the entire family to learn and get in shape.

CLASSES FOR ALL AGES & LEVELS

World Class Mixed Martial Arts offers a diverse curriculum with a variety of exciting classes to choose from. It's a common misconception that you need to already be in good shape before you can begin learning the martial arts. Our "MMA Fundamentals" program is specifically designed for men & women with no prior martial arts instruction or workout experience. The Fundamentals classes are structured in a way that allows each individual to work at his/her own pace in a safe, comfortable manner.

For teens & adults who are only interested in the "workout" aspect of mixed martial arts, we now offer "MMA Fitness" a "go at your own pace" class that eliminates the need for contact, partners and long, tedious workouts (offered exclusively at World Class Gym).

WCG also offers Beaver County's only MMA Curriculum for Kids.

These specialized programs (Little Dragons for 4-7 year olds and Youth MMA for kids 8-12 years of age) instill the same discipline and character building benefits as traditional martial arts classes, while being far more effective at teaching practical, "bully proof" self defense skills in a safe and fun atmosphere.

TRAINING FOR FIGHTERS

WCG is also the # 1 choice of both aspiring fighters, and seasoned MMA competitors who are serious about their careers. The World Class Fight Team is a veritable "who's who" of local, amateur & professional MMA fighters, many of whom hold championship titles in some of Western PA & Ohio's most prestigious Mixed Martial Arts Leagues. On any given day, one can find the creme de la creme of local MMA talent training, conditioning or sparring at the World Class Gym.
